Kathleen Hotard is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s in Art History. After studying on fellowship at the University of Heidelberg in Heidelberg, Germany, she returned to Baton Rouge to teach Fine Arts Survey at her alma mater.  While there, she developed a comprehensive four year curriculum for Fine Arts Survey.  In 2008, she and her husband moved to West Virginia, where she is an adjunct instructor in the School of Human Services teaching Applied Design Concepts and History of Modern Design. Kathleen has also studied abroad in Italy and France and had the wonderful opportunity to teach undergraduates in the galleries and museums of Paris.  Kathleen is currently working on her Master’s of Arts in Teaching and enjoys skiing and the outdoors.
